Privacy Policy

  1. Introduction

    User's right to privacy and control over personal information is important to ARSUITE. By using the ARSUITE services, users consent to the following privacy policy.

    ARSUITE is committed to protecting your privacy. ARSUITE prepared this Privacy Policy to describe to users ARSUITE's practices regarding the Personal Data that collect, use, and share in connection with the website, mobile app, APIs, and other software provided on or in connection with ARSUITE services, as described in our Terms of Service (collectively, the “Service”).

    “Personal Data” means data that allows someone to identify you individually, including, your name, email address, as well as any other non-public information about the user that is associated with or linked to any of the foregoing.

    “Anonymous Data” means data, including aggregated and de-identified data, that is not associated with or linked to a user's Personal Data, Anonymous Data does not, by itself, permit the identification of individual persons.

  2. General Terms

    1. When a user use ARSUITE services, update user's account profile, or contact ARSUITE, ARSUITE may collect Personal Data from the user, such as email address, first and last name, user name, and other information the user provides.

    2. ARSUITE services lets user store preferences like how user's content is displayed, notification settings, and favorites. ARSUITE may associate these choices with user's ID, browser, or mobile device.

    3. If a user provide ARSUITE with feedback or contact ARSUITE, ARSUITE will collect the user's name and contact information, as well as any other content included in the message.

    4. ARSUITE may also collect Personal Data at other points in ARSUITE services where user voluntarily provide it or where ARSUITE state that Personal Data is being collected.

    5. As a user navigate through and interact with ARSUITE service, ARSUITE may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about the user's equipment, browsing actions, and patterns.

    6. To provide ARSUITE service and make it more useful to users, ARSUITE (or a third party service provider) collect information from users, including, but not limited to, user's browser type, operating system, Internet Protocol (IP) address, mobile device ID, and date/time stamps.

    7. ARSUITE gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes IP addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (“ISP”), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamps, and clickstream data. ARSUITE use this information to analyze trends, administer the service, track users’ movements around the service, and better tailor ARSUITE services to users’ needs. For example, some of the information may be collected so that when the user visit the service, it will recognize the user and the information can be used to personalize user's experience.

    8. ARSUITE may use cookies to collect information. ARSUITE may use both session cookies (which expire once when the user close web browser) and persistent cookies (which stay on user's computer until the user delete them) to analyze how users interact with ARSUITE services, make improvements to ARSUITE product quality, and provide users with a more personalized experience.

    9. ARSUITE use “Pixel Tags” (also referred to as clear gifs or web beacons). Pixel Tags allow ARSUITE to analyze how users find the service, make the service more useful to the user, and tailor user's experience.

    10. In addition to the tracking technologies ARSUITE place, other companies may set their own cookies or similar tools when a user visit ARSUITE services. This includes third-party analytics services (“Analytics Services”) that ARSUITE engage to help analyze how users use the service. The information generated by the cookies or other technologies about users use of the service (the “Analytics Information”) is transmitted to the Analytics Services. The Analytics Services use Analytics Information to compile reports on user activity, which ARSUITE may receive on an individual or aggregate basis. ARSUITE use the information, to get from Analytics Services to improve the service. The Analytics Services may also transfer information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process Analytics Information on their behalf. Each Analytics Services’ ability to use and share Analytics Information is restricted by such Analytics Services’ terms of use and privacy policy. By using the service, you consent to the processing of data about you by Analytics Services in the manner and for the purposes set out above.

    11. ARSUITE may receive Personal and/or Anonymous Data about users from companies that offer their products and/or services for use in conjunction with the service or whose products and/or services may be linked from the service. ARSUITE may add this to the data have already collected from the user through the service.

    12. ARSUITE process users Personal Data to run business, provide the service, personalize user experience on the service, and improve the service.

    13. ARSUITE may use user’s Personal Data to facilitate the creation of and secure your account

    14. ARSUITE may use user’s Personal Data to identify you as a user in ARSUITE’s system.

    15. ARSUITE may use user's Personal Data to send users administrative notifications, such as security, support, and maintenance advisories.

    16. ARSUITE may use user's Personal Data to improve the administration of the service and quality of experience when user interact with the service, including, but not limited to, by analyzing how you and other users find and interact with the service.

    17. ARSUITE may use user's Personal Data to provide customer support and respond to the users requests and inquiries.

    18. ARSUITE may use user's Personal Data to investigate and address conduct that may violate Terms of Service.

    19. ARSUITE may use user's Personal Data to detect, prevent, and address fraud, violations of our terms or policies, and/or other harmful or unlawful activity.

    20. ARSUITE may use user's Personal Data to send users notifications related to actions on the service.

    21. ARSUITE may use user's Personal Data to send users newsletters, promotional materials, and other notices related to the service or third parties' goods and services.

    22. ARSUITE may use user's Personal Data to respond to users inquiries related to employment opportunities or other requests.

    23. ARSUITE may use user's Personal Data to comply with applicable laws, cooperate with investigations by law enforcement or other authorities of suspected violations of law, and/or to pursue or defend against legal threats and/or claims.

    24. ARSUITE may use user's Personal Data to act in any other way that may describe when the user provide the Personal Data.

    25. ARSUITE may create Anonymous Data records from Personal Data. This Anonymous Data to analyze request and usage patterns so that may improve the service.

    26. ARSUITE reserve the right to use Anonymous Data for any purpose and to disclose Anonymous Data to third parties without restriction.

    27. ARSUITE may share the user's Personal Data with third party service providers to: provide technical infrastructure services; conduct quality assurance testing; analyze how the service is used; prevent, detect, and respond to unauthorized activities; provide technical and customer support; and/or to provide other support to the service.

    28. ARSUITE may use Social Plug-ins in the service from, for example, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn to increase awareness of the service, and for promotional purposes. ARSUITE is not responsible for activity or content found on those (and any other) third-party sites. Please note that a link to a third-party website or service does not mean that ARSUITE have reviewed or endorsed its privacy practices. If a user visit a third-party website or service, the user subject to its privacy practices and policies.

    29. ARSUITE may share some or all of user's Personal Data with any subsidiaries, joint ventures, or other companies under our common control (“Affiliates”), in which case we will require our Affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy.

    30. ARSUITE may share some or all of user's Personal Data in connection with or during negotiation of any merger, financing, acquisition, or dissolution transaction or proceeding involving sale, transfer, divestiture, or disclosure of all or a portion of our business or assets. In the event of an insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership, Personal Data may also be transferred as a business asset. If another company acquires ARSUITE company, business, or assets, that company will possess the Personal Data collected by ARSUITE and will assume the rights and obligations regarding the users' Personal Data as described in this Privacy Policy.

    31. Regardless of any choices user's make regarding user's Personal Data (as described below), ARSUITE may disclose Personal Data if it believes in good faith that such disclosure is necessary: in connection with any legal investigation, to comply with relevant laws or to respond to subpoenas, warrants, or other legal process served on ARSUITE, to protect or defend the rights or property of ARSUITE or users of the service, and/or to investigate or assist in preventing any violation or potential violation of the law, this Privacy Policy, or Terms of Service.

    32. ARSUITE may also disclose user's Personal Data: to fulfill the purpose for which user's provide; for any other purpose disclosed by ARSUITE when user provide; or with user's consent.

    33. The service may contain links to third-party websites. When users click on a link to any other website or location, user will leave the service and go to another site, and another entity may collect Personal Data from the user. ARSUITE have no control over, do not review, and cannot be responsible for these third-party websites or their content. Please be aware that the terms of this Privacy Policy do not apply to these third-party websites or their content, or to any collection of user's Personal Data after the user click on links to such third-party websites.

    34. ARSUITE may periodically send users newsletters and/or emails that directly promote the use of the service or third parties’ goods and services. When a user receive newsletters or promotional communications from ARSUITE, users may indicate a preference to stop receiving these communications from ARSUITE by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the email or through the notifications preferences in user's settings page. Despite these preferences, ARSUITE may send users occasional transactional service-related informational communications.

    35. If a user decide at any time that the user no longer wish to accept cookies from the service for any of the purposes described above, then user can instruct browser, by changing its settings, to stop accepting Cookies or to prompt you before accepting a Cookie from the websites that the user visit. If the user do not accept Cookies, however, user may not be able to use all portions of the service or all functionality of the service.

    36. Users can view, access, edit, or delete Personal Data for certain aspects of the service via user's settings page.

    37. If a user wish to exercise your rights under the General Data Protection Regulations (“GDPR”), California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), or other applicable data protection or privacy laws, can contact ARSUITE by communication channels. ARSUITE may ask the user to verify user's identity, or ask for more information about the request.

    38. Users revoke given consent to ARSUITE at any time. As a result, ARSUITE is not allowed to continue the data processing based on this consent cancellation.

    39. ARSUITE do not sell users personal information; and will not sell users personal information without providing the user the ability to opt out. ARSUITE may use third-party cookies for advertising purposes as further described above.

    40. This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The date the Privacy Policy was last revised is identified at the beginning of this Privacy Policy. Users are responsible for periodically visiting the service and this Privacy Policy to check for any changes.

    41. ARSUITE may retain user's Personal Data as long as the user continue to use the service, have an account, or for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. ARSUITE also may continue to retain user's Personal Data even after user deactivate the account and/or cease to use the service if such retention is reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations, to resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce ARSUITE's Terms or other agreements, and/or protect legitimate interests. Where user's Personal Data is no longer required for these purposes, ARSUITE will delete it.

    42. All the information you upload to the service are stored on an appropriate server infrastructure for processing. Presently, data is stored for 10 years, but this may change over time. ARSUITE keep for the sole purpose of giving users and users' designated third parties access to the files and data for as long as the user need them. During that time, ARSUITE may view that data to, troubleshoot problems, or to gather anonymized user data.

    43. ARSUITE care about the security of user's information and use physical, administrative, and technological safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of information collected through the service. However, no security system is impenetrable and ARSUITE cannot guarantee the security of the systems. In the event that any information under ARSUITE's custody and control is compromised as a result of a breach of security, ARSUITE will take steps to investigate and remediate the situation and, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, notify those individuals whose information may have been compromised.

    44. By visiting the service and providing ARSUITE with data, users acknowledge and agree that their Personal Data may be processed for the purposes identified in the Privacy Policy. In addition, user's Personal Data may be processed in the country in which it was collected and in other countries, where laws regarding processing of Personal Data may be less stringent than the laws in user's country. By providing Personal Data, users consent to such transfer.
